Mad Machine Films was commissioned by The Commonwealth Project, an organization engaged in high-level advocacy aiming to make medical cannabis more accessible to people over 65 years old, to create a short piece

explaining the science of how cannabis works in the body.

The ask for for the piece to be created start-to-finish in three weeks, and to be very layperson friendly, while still conveying the serious science clearly.

The result? The video was shown to Donald Trump, who posted the video on his social media account. Within a couple of months, Trump signed an executive order rescheduling cannabis to schedule 3, a major milestone cannabis activists have been working for decades to achieve.
